- Notarized and Legalized power of attorney up to the Afghani Consulate in the domicile of the applicant.
- Classes and specification of goods/services.
- A copy of the trademark
Time for a trademark registration: 6~8 months
Patent Registration
Requirements:
- No patent registration process in operation. Only publication.
