Trademark Registration
Requirements:
- Information of applicant: name, address, and nationality
- Signed, sealed, and legalized power of attorney up to the Qatari Consulate.
- A Copy of the applicant company`s certificate of incorporation or commercial registration.
- Classes and specification of goods/services
- A copy of the trademark
- Copy of Priority application (if required)
Time for trademark registration: 9~ 12 months
