Trademark Registration
Requirements:
- Information of applicant: name, address, and nationality
- Legalized power of attorney up to the Omani Consulate.
- A legalized copy of the applicant company`s certificate or registration
- Classes and specification of goods/services
- A copy of the trademark
- Copy of Priority application (if required)
Time for trademark registration: 8~ 12 months
