Requirements:
- Information of applicant: name, address, and nationality
- Legalized power of attorney up to the Kuwaiti Consulate, or a legalized/certified copy of the foreign registration plus a declaration from the applicant evidencing no registration of the mark at the home country , or legalized/certified copy of any foreign registration of the trademark plus a declaration from the applicant evidencing no registration of the mark at the home country
- Classes and specification of goods/services
- A copy of the trademark
