Trademark Registration
Requirements:
- Information of applicant: name, address, and nationality
- Signed and sealed power of attorney by the applicant company ( no need of Legalization)
- A certified copy of the home/foreign registration, or a legalized certified copy of the certificate of incorporation, or a legalized certified copy of the commercial registration
- Classes and specification of goods/services
- A copy of the trademark
Time for trademark registration: 12~ 18 months
